Returns/Satisfaction Guarantee:
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in new, unused/unworn condition and be accompanied by their receipt. Please note that engraved/personalized jewelry pieces are NOT returnable. Titanium Edition, Tungsten Carbide, Brass, & Stainless Steel Tags:
Our tags are guaranteed against pretty much everything including breakage, rust, or corrosion for your pet’s entire life. If your pet somehow manages to wear the tag to a point where it is no longer readable, breaks, or becomes lost, please go to our Warranty Replacement Page. Your replacement tag is completely FREE. You just pay the shipping & handling to have your replacement sent out and that's all! Please note that we can only re-engrave your tag EXACTLY as ordered. We cannot change the font or information originally ordered on the tag.
*Tags are guaranteed for the lifetime of your pet or 18 years whichever is less. Tags that are lost without evidence of breakage will be replaced once under this warranty, but the replacement will not be covered against future loss. The replacement tag will only be covered for the legibility of the engraving and against breakage.
Stainless Steel Tags:
The engraving on our stainless steel tags is guaranteed to be readable for the lifetime of your pet. This warranty applies to the engraving only. If you would like a fully guaranteed tag against even loss, please look at one of our Titanium or Tungsten Carbide tags.
Misordered Tag Information:
We will engrave your tag exactly as you have ordered it. If we have made an error, please send us an email or give us a call and we will send you a corrected one free of charge. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your tag, however, you are responsible for entering the correct information on the order form. If you discover you mis-entered your information or wish to change the text from the way you ordered it, we cannot be responsible for the alterations. We will do what we can to work with you in a reasonable manner. Jewelry Guarantee:
Our exclusive jewelry is guaranteed against any problems due to workmanship or defects in materials that are not due to wear and tear for 1 full year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not apply to pieces that have been subjected to abuse or damage due to normal wear
