Titanium Edition Tags:
Titanium Edition tags are guaranteed against breakage, rust, or corrosion for your pet’s entire life. The engraving on Titanium Edition tags is also guaranteed to be legible for the lifetime of your pet. If your pet somehow manages to wear the titanium to a point where it is no longer readable, simply send the tag back and we will re-engrave it or send you a new one FREE! Please note that we can only re-engrave your tag EXACTLY as ordered. We cannot change the font or information originally ordered on the tag.
Misordered Tag Information:
We will engrave your tag exactly as you have ordered it. If we have made an error, please send us an email or give us a call and we will send you a corrected one free of charge. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your tag, however, you are responsible for entering the correct information on the order form. If you discover you misentered your information or wish to change the text from the way you ordered it, we cannot be responsible for the alterations. We will do what we can to work with you in a reasonable manner.
