As with our jewelry, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping. Understandably, due to the nature of engraving, pet tags that have been engraved cannot be returned unless incorrect.

Titanium Edition Tags:

Titanium Edition tags are guaranteed against breakage, rust, or corrosion.  The engraving on Titanium Edition tags is guaranteed to be legible for the lifetime of your pet.  If your pet somehow manages to wear the titanium to a point where it is no longer readable, simply send the tag back and we will re-engrave it or send you a new one FREE!  Please note that we can only re-engrave your tag exactly as ordered.  We cannot change the font or information originally ordered on the tag.
