About our Quality 

Our tags are held to the same quality standards as our jewelry. Consequently, our sterling silver tags are premium quality tags on par with the finest sterling silver jewelry produced by any of the great jewelry houses. The silver tags are made of solid sterling silver and come with a sterling silver key ring that will attach to the D-ring of any collar and our Titanium Edition tags are made of aircraft grade titanium and come with a durable nickel-silver key ring for collar attachment. Even the small ring (called a jump ring) attaching the key ring to the tags has been given great detail. Unlike other tags, all of our jump rings are individually hand-soldered shut to help ensure that they will never open. Because of our diligent attention to detail, not only are our tags the most elegant, they are the most secure tags available.

1.  How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders received by 1:30pm EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same day.  Orders received after 1:30pm EST are processed and shipped the following business day. With our standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.  Faster shipping is available.

2.  Can my sterling silver tag ever tarnish?

Yes, that can happen. Eventually, all sterling silver will tarnish. This is why we provide you with a polishing cloth to remove the tarnish in the event it ever happens. Just a few quick wipes with the cloth will remove the tarnish and restore your tag’s appearance. It is as simple as that. No chemicals or solutions to deal with. Just a few quick buffs with the polishing cloth is all it will take (you can even use the polishing cloth on your silver jewelry!). However, to help keep tarnishing to a minimum, try to avoid getting the tag wet (i.e. swimming with the tag on or bathing your pet while it is wearing it).

*Titanium Edition Tags: You’ll never have to worry about tarnish with a Titanium Edition tag because titanium does not rust or corrode.  

 3.  Why should I purchase a Titanium Edition tag?

Titanium is an exceptionally strong and hard, yet light weight metal. It will not rust or corrode and wears extremely well. Our Titanium Edition tags are so durable that we guarantee the tag and its engraving for the lifetime of your pet! What does that mean? It means that if your Titanium Edition tag ever breaks, rusts, corrodes, or if the engraving ever becomes illegible, we will replace it free of charge! Why waste your time, gas, and money driving around to constantly replace “cheap” tags only to have them fall off, get lost, break, or have the engraving rub off. Our Titanium Edition tags are the last tags you’ll ever need to buy and they are simply the most durable tags available!
